Every Saturday here at the Fair Use Law thunderdome, we like to take up our battle stations and fight to a bloody and ultimately satisfying climax of death and gore. Sometimes, we even do it to the music of some of our favorite video games of the past! This week we sparred for Sparta to the electro-rock beats of Quake II. Unfortunately overshadowed by Trent Reznor/Nine Inch Nails' involvement in the first installment, Sonic Mayhem actually crafted a great soundtrack that was a complete 180 from the first game's more ambient approach to scoring:
