Celebrate Dreamcast's Memory By Messing With Seaman

It's hard to believe that the Dreamcast would have turned 10 today if it weren't the easiest machine in the history of mankind to bootleg games for, rendering its software sales almost as obsolete as its 56k modem would be if it survived. What better way to recognize just how much the Dreamcast changed the way we play video games to this day than by dropping in on our old friend, Seaman:
