Episode 229 - "I Had My Heart Set On Unforgiven II Being Our Song"

Seasons greetings and Happy Snowflake Day from the Fair Use Law consortium of free association. Episode 29 of the second Fair Use Case File brings with it many a tale of Yuletide Celebration as Dan recalls what the Holiday was like before schools weren't allowed to torture the elderly. We also discuss the mindfreak (MIIIIIIIIIIIINDFREAK) that was David Lynch's Eraserhead and what that's a movie you don't watch, the strange Uzumaki over Norway, the recent rash of zombie infestation in Japan, the political ramifications of wrestling a bear, and more!

And finally, what do you get when you mix every comedy nerds' favorite comedian (and Weird Al! And... uh, Aimee Man?) together to record a cover of the 80s hit charity single, Do They Know It's Christmas? You get pure, unadulterated awesome all up in your eye and earballs:
